Announcing the Release of Indie Comedy “Little Blue Pill”

Santa Monica, CA (April 4, 2011) - GoDigital Media Group, a leading entertainment media distribution and marketing company announced today the release of comedy, “Little Blue Pill” from production company Montauk Project Films.

“Little Blue Pill” is a wild comedy about a day in the life of Portland hipster, Stephen Cohen. After waking up from a long night of partying with a raging headache, Stephen inadvertently takes two Erecta, an Erectile Dysfunction pill, and embarks on a day of misadventures hoping to find the cure to his big problem. “Little Blue Pill” is a hilarious one-day buddy comedy that fans of “The Hangover,” “Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle,” “American Pie,” “Go,” “Superbad” and “Clerks” are sure to love. It also offers viewers a satirical commentary on big business, much like “Love and Other Drugs” and “Thank You for Smoking.”

GoDigital, working in conjunction with Montauk Project Films, will distribute “Little Blue Pill” across all major digital destinations including iTunes, Cable VOD (Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon FIOS), Netflix, CinemaNow, and Amazon.

The film was written and directed by Aaron Godfred and produced by Dave Szamet, Alex Ginno and Aaron Godfred. This is Aaron’s first feature length film and has been getting excessive praise being the director’s first effort. With over 1,300 Facebook friends and growing, Little Blue Pill is attracting a groundswell of interest from fans of comedy and independent film.

Aaron Godfred has over ten years of producing and directing experience, ranging from feature films to music videos. Most recently, Aaron co-produced “John Dies At The End” a horror movie directed by Don Coscarelli (“Phantasm” and “Bubba Ho-Tep”) and starring Paul Giamatti, Clancy Brown and Doug Jones.
